KYW1300 Series is a highly popular side-window X-Ray tube. The tube features an electron gun assembly packaged in a stainless steel lead-lined package with a choice of mounting flange, filled with cooling oil. The tube is to be operated in a positive anode mode with the cathode grounded. The tube applies the imported 100μm Be sheet. The product is featured with small volume and light weight. The product has better head dissipation and radiation protection than the similar tubes with silicone rubber packaging. 

The tube is in wide use for thickness measurement of non-woven fabrics, paper, plastic film, aluminum foil, and copper foil. It is suitable for X-ray fluorescence analysis of light elements.
