KYW2000AS Microfocus Tube Series

The KYW2000AS series X-RAY tube is a microfocus X-RAY tube,which is designed on basis of KYW2000AX Series.The tube is packaged in a stainless steel casing lined with lead. The package is filled with special designed insulation oil for high-voltage insulation and heat dissipation.The KYW500 Series tube is featured with smaller focal spot size,which can reach as small as 35μm.

It is specifically recommended that the tube be used for PCB inspection,XRF coating thickness measurement,drilling machine,and inspectiong machine for PCB industry.
